Transformations Care Network is seeking a Regional Office Manager to oversee daily operations of administrative support teams and facilities across our network. You will partner with Market VP to standardize systems and support marketing, outreach, and clinical leadership while onboarding new staff.

Travel is required; responsibilities include front office coverage, facilities maintenance, vendor management, and IT setup for new sites.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of office management/people management experience in healthcare.
• High school Diploma.
• Reliable transportation and clean driving record for travel to clinic locations.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to lift and transport heavy items.
• Knowledge of contract management.
• Healthcare and/or Behavioral health experience; experience working with Clinical Directors.

Responsabilités

• Provide support and back up for Front Office Admin duties on site.
• Manage coverage for administrative staff at local offices.
• Communicate site concerns to leadership.
• On site presence and check ins with administrative staff.
• Coordinate with vendors and manage facilities maintenance.
• Assist with IT setup for new computers and equipment.
• Travel to clinic locations as needed.
