Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a Multi-Office Leader (Area Experience Leader) to oversee 4–6 retail offices and deliver a consistent, high-quality client experience across locations. You will coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, maintain office readiness, and drive performance through disciplined execution.

You will balance strategic oversight with hands-on leadership, align priorities, monitor metrics, and ensure staffing, facilities, and compliance support seamless client service

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 3+ years leading teams in a multi-site retail/service/operations environment.
• Strong client-centric mindset with experience delivering consultative client experience.
• Proven ability to coach, develop, and hold teams accountable.
• Experience driving business and financial results while managing day-to-day operations across multiple locations.
• Experience leading through change and adoption of new processes.
• Ability to travel frequently between offices and align schedules with operational hours.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of the consultative client experience across 4–6 assigned offices with disciplined execution.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead and coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals to consistent performance.
• Own office readiness, staffing, facilities, and day-to-day operations across offices.
• Monitor performance metrics and actions to improve business results, client acquisition, and retention.
• Ensure daily operations across offices, including scheduling, labor, compliance, and service delivery.
