Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a Multi-Office Leader (Area Experience Leader) to oversee 4–6 retail offices and maintain a consistent, high-quality client experience across locations. You’ll set expectations for consultative service, operational execution, and team performance while coaching Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals to anticipate client needs and deliver confident, expert guidance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years work experience leading teams in a multi‑unit environment with accountability for performance outcomes.
• Strong client‑centric mindset with experience delivering consultative client experience.
• Strong leadership capability with proven ability to coach, develop, and hold teams accountable.
• Ability to manage day-to-day operations across multiple locations including staffing, facilities, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of the consultative client experience across 4–6 assigned offices.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations to reinforce strengths and address gaps.
• Lead adoption of new client experience processes, tools, and behaviors.
• Provide coaching to strengthen team execution and accountability.
• Own office readiness and operational execution including staffing, facilities, and compliance.
• Travel frequently between offices to maintain in-person leadership presence across locations.
