H&R Block seeks a Multi-Office Leader (Area Experience Leader) to oversee 4–6 retail offices, ensuring a high‑quality client experience and consistent operational excellence. You’ll coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, drive performance, and align resources to meet business goals.

You will travel between offices to lead readiness, staffing, compliance, and day‑to‑day operations, balancing strategic oversight with hands‑on presence in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years leading teams in a multi-unit retail/service/operations environment.
• Strong client‑centric mindset with consultative experience.
• Proven leadership to coach, develop and hold teams accountable.
• Ability to drive business results while managing day‑to‑day ops across locations.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of consultative client experience across 4–6 offices.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations.
• Lead adoption of new client experience processes, tools and behaviours.
• Coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals for consistent performance.
• Provide coaching based on observed behaviours, feedback and outcomes.
• Identify patterns, address performance gaps, and develop bench strength.
• Own revenue, growth, and operational performance across offices.
• Monitor metrics and implement actions to improve business results and client retention.
• Ensure daily operations across offices including staffing, scheduling, and compliance.
• Prepare offices for seasonal demand and ensure readiness.
