You will coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, set expectations, and drive business results while maintaining excellent client service across locations. The role requires hands-on leadership, the ability to travel between offices, and a focus on staff development and readiness across facilities,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading teams in multi-unit retail/service/operations.
• Demonstrated ability to drive business and financial results across locations.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of the client experience across 4–6 offices.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations.
• Drive adoption of new client experience processes and tools.
• Lead Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals with clear expectations.
• Provide coaching based on observed behaviors and performance outcomes.
• Own office readiness including staffing, facilities, and compliance.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement actions to improve results.
• Ensure daily operations across offices run smoothly.
