You will coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, balancing strategic oversight with hands-on leadership to drive client outcomes and strong business results.

This role requires coordinating staffing, facilities, compliance, and daily operations across locations, with frequent travel to sites to maintain presence and ensure readiness.

• Set expectations, reinforce accountability, and support high-performing teams.
• Oversee office readiness, staffing, facilities, and day-to-day operations across multiple offices.
• Travel frequently between assigned offices to maintain in-person presence.
