Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. seeks a Multi-Office Leader to oversee 4-6 offices, ensuring a consistent consultative client experience and high operational standards. You’ll coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, set expectations, and align staffing, facilities, and compliance to deliver strong business results across locations.

You will travel frequently between offices, lead teams, and drive performance metrics, with a hands-on leadership approach to ensure excellence in every office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 3+ years leading teams in a multi-unit retail/operations environment with accountable performance outcomes.
• Strong client-centric mindset with proven consultative service delivery.
• Proven ability to coach, develop, and hold teams accountable across locations.
• Experience driving business results while managing day-to-day operations and labor.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of the client experience across 4-6 offices with discipline.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact to reinforce strengths and address gaps.
• Lead adoption of new client experience processes, tools, and behaviors.
• Coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals for consistent performance.
• Provide coaching informed by observations, performance and real-time feedback.
• Develop bench strength and address gaps across offices.
• Own revenue, growth, and operations across assigned offices.
• Monitor performance metrics, trends, and actions to improve results.
