Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a Multi-Office Leader to oversee a portfolio of 4–6 retail offices, ensuring a consistent, high-quality client experience. You will lead Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, coaching teams to anticipate client needs and deliver expert guidance with a welcoming, confident presence.

You’ll own office readiness, staffing, compliance, and day-to-day operations while driving revenue, growth, and performance across locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years leading teams in multi-unit environments.
• Strong client-centric mindset with consultative client experience.
• Proven ability to coach, develop, and hold teams accountable.
• Experience driving business and financial results across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of the client experience across 4–6 offices.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations.
• Drive adoption of new client experience processes, tools, and behaviors.
• Lead Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals with clear expectations.
• Provide coaching based on observed behaviors and performance outcomes.
• Identify patterns across offices and develop bench strength and talent.
• Own revenue, growth, and business outcomes across offices.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement actions to improve results.
