The role combines strategic oversight with hands-on presence, coaching Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals to deliver exceptional service while driving revenue and operational results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years leading teams in a multi-unit retail, service, or operations environment.
• Ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
• Experience managing operations across multiple locations, including staffing, facilities, and compliance.
• Willingness to travel frequently between offices.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of the client experience across 4-6 offices.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations.
• Drive adoption of new client experience processes and tools.
• Lead professionals by setting expectations and coaching to performance.
• Provide coaching based on observed behaviors and results.
• Identify patterns, address gaps, and develop bench strength.
• Own revenue, growth, and operational performance.
• Monitor metrics and implement actions to improve results.
• Ensure daily operations, staffing, scheduling, and compliance.
