Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the General Manager and coordinate vendor services for the Regional Office operations.
• Act as Regional liaison for Human Resources and HAEA.
• Arrange travel, prepare reports and presentations, manage correspondence.
• Coordinate meetings, events, and recruitment activities for regional staff.
• Maintain budgets, process expenses, and prepare monthly reports.
