Job summary

Novant Health invites experienced RN candidates to join the Regional Float Pool, serving across Charlotte, Triad, or Coastal regions. These PNRT RNs deliver safe, continuous patient care, rotating through multiple units as needed. You will collaborate with teams, mentors, and system-wide workflows to advance nursing practice.

Qualifications

• ADN required; BSN preferred.
• Consecutive years in defined specialty (Med Surg, Tele, Critical Care, ED or Women's) required.
• Current compact licensure in appropriate state; NIH Stroke Scale certification on hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, continuous quality patient care across multiple units within a regional schedule.
• Serve as a resource and mentor to clinical nurses; adapt to 5–6 locations within a region.
