Job summary

Joyce University seeks a Lead Clinical Faculty to serve as a state/region academic leader for clinical nursing education. This full-time role blends clinical teaching, faculty mentorship, and operational oversight to ensure exceptional experiences for nursing students.

Reporting to the Regional Assistant Dean of Nursing, you will oversee clinical education and supervise several part-time clinical faculty across your assigned state(s).

Qualifications

• Active RN license required in MO/SD/OH.
• Master’s degree in Nursing required.
• 5+ years of nursing clinical experience.
• 2–3 years of teaching experience (academic or clinical).
• American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Providers.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical nursing education across assigned state/region.
• Mentor part-time clinical faculty and oversee staffing and development.
• Ensure accreditation standards compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee clinical placements and partnerships with clinical sites.
• Advance program quality and student outcomes across the region.
