Job summary

Joyce University seeks a Lead Clinical Faculty to serve as a state/region academic leader for clinical nursing education. This full-time leadership role blends clinical teaching, faculty mentorship, and operational oversight, ensuring exceptional clinical learning experiences for nursing students across the country.

Reporting to the Regional Assistant Dean of Nursing, you will oversee clinical education and supervise several part-time clinical faculty across your assigned state/s.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Master’s degree in Nursing.
• 5+ years nursing clinical experience.
• 2–3 years of teaching experience (academic or clinical).
• American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Providers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical education and supervise part-time clinical faculty across assigned state.
• Lead onboarding, coaching, performance evaluation, and professional growth.
• Ensure accreditation standards compliance and regional partnerships.
• Shape curriculum integrity and support data reporting and accreditation initiatives.
