Job summary

Joyce University is seeking a Lead Clinical Faculty to serve as a state/region academic leader for clinical nursing education. This full-time role blends clinical teaching, faculty mentorship, and operational oversight to ensure exceptional learning experiences for nursing students across Indiana and Kentucky.

Reporting to the Regional Assistant Dean of Nursing, you will oversee clinical education, supervise multiple part-time faculty, and collaborate with healthcare partners to secure optimal

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Indiana or Kentucky
• Master’s degree in Nursing
• 5+ years of nursing clinical experience
• 2–3 years of teaching experience (academic or clinical)
• American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Providers
• Doctorate in Nursing or related field preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead high-quality clinical learning experiences across all program semesters
• Supervise, mentor, and support a diverse team of part-time clinical faculty
• Lead onboarding, coaching, performance evaluation, and professional growth
• Maintain compliance with accreditation standards and state/national regulations
• Contribute to curriculum integrity and continuous program improvement
