Job summary
Joyce University is seeking a Lead Clinical Faculty to serve as a state/region academic leader for clinical nursing education. This full-time role blends clinical teaching, faculty mentorship and operational oversight to deliver high-quality experiences for nursing students across Oregon.
You will report to the Regional Assistant Dean of Nursing and oversee several part-time faculty, lead onboarding and evaluation processes, and partner with healthcare organizations to optimize clinical
Qualifications
- RN license and MS in Nursing are required.
- Minimum 5+ years of nursing clinical experience and 2–3 years of teaching experience.
- BLS certification as part of safety requirements.
Responsibilities
- Lead clinical education across state/region sites and ensure quality training.
- Supervise and mentor part-time clinical faculty and oversee onboarding and evaluations.
- Collaborate with regional leadership to schedule clinical placements and ensure accreditation compliance.
- Drive curriculum integrity and support faculty development and program improvement.
