Job summary

Joyce University is seeking a Lead Clinical Faculty to serve as a state/region academic leader for clinical nursing education. This full-time role blends clinical teaching, faculty mentorship, and operational oversight to ensure exceptional clinical learning experiences for nursing students across Oregon.

You will report to the Regional Assistant Dean of Nursing and supervise several part-time clinical faculty in your area.

Qualifications

• RN license required and active in Oregon.
• Master’s degree in Nursing required.
• 5+ years of nursing clinical experience.
• 2–3 years of teaching experience (academic or clinical).
• American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Providers certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-quality clinical nursing education across program semesters.
• Oversee and mentor a diverse team of part-time clinical faculty.
• Ensure accreditation standards and regulatory compliance across the region.
• Partner with clinical sites and academic leadership to optimize placements and outcomes.
