Joyce University is hiring a Lead Clinical Faculty to steward clinical nursing education across a state/region. The role blends teaching, mentoring, and operational oversight to ensure high-quality learning experiences for nursing students.

You will report to the Regional Assistant Dean of Nursing and supervise several part-time faculty across the state, travel up to 75%, and collaborate with clinical sites to optimize placements, while ensuring accreditation standards are met.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Master’s degree in Nursing required; Doctorate preferred.
• 5+ years of nursing clinical experience.
• 2–3 years of teaching or academic/clinical instruction experience.
• American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Providers

Responsabilités

• Lead clinical education across assigned state/region and ensure student success.
• Supervise and mentor a diverse team of part-time clinical faculty.
• Oversee onboarding, coaching, and performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with healthcare sites to secure optimal clinical placements.
