Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited program.
- Valid, unrestricted Michigan RN license and current CPR certification.
- Five years of clinical outpatient experience preferred; supervisory/training experience preferred.
- Leadership training or coursework preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead clinical staff and oversee staffing, scheduling, and competency across regions.
- Develop and sustain standardized clinical workflows and protocols across regions and specialties.
- Provide timely feedback to leadership regarding workflow changes, quality and performance initiatives.
- Recruitment, hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and annual competency assessments; coaching as needed.
- Communicate pertinent clinical and committee information to providers and staff.
- Build effective teams and foster a professional, patient-centered environment.
