Zusammenfassung

The Divisional Nurse Manager at IHA leads clinical nursing across assigned regions and specialties with operational oversight in designated areas. The role partners with division, practice, medical, quality, and operations leaders to standardize workflows, strengthen staff competency, and advance patient experience.

Based in Ann Arbor, MI, this role covers Livingston, Canton, Chelsea, Clarkston, Livonia and Oakland with periodic travel to sites as required. A Michigan RN license is required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree and graduation from an accredited Registered Nursing program.
• Valid, unrestricted Registered Nurse license in Michigan and current CPR certification.
• Preferred five years of clinical experience in outpatient settings.
• Direct supervisory or training experience preferred.
• College coursework or formal training in management or leadership preferred.

Aufgaben

• Develop, document, implement and sustain standardized clinical workflows across regions and specialties.
• Provide timely feedback to practice, medical and division leaders on workflow changes and quality initiatives.
• Provide daily leadership and supervision of assigned clinical staff, including recruitment, scheduling, and training.
• Establish expectations, evaluate performance, and handle merit or corrective actions per HR policy.
• Communicate pertinent clinical and committee information to providers and staff.
• Build effective teams and support a positive, professional environment.
