Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts RN license.
• 5+ years as a Director of Nursing (DON) or 1+ year as a Regional Nurse.
• Willingness to travel regularly between all six facilities.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Hands-on, results-driven approach to clinical leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise clinical operations across six facilities.
• Collaborate with DONs to improve nursing performance and accountability.
• Review clinical outcomes and implement improvement strategies.

• Support survey readiness and regulatory compliance.
• Identify challenges and implement effective solutions.
• Provide regular on-site leadership and clinical support at each facility.
