Job summary

RegalCare is seeking an experienced Regional Director of Nursing to provide clinical leadership across our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities throughout Massachusetts. This hands-on role will oversee nursing operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive quality improvements across sites.

You will support Directors of Nursing, monitor infection control and resident outcomes, and lead surveys and audits.

Qualifications

• Current Massachusetts RN license.
• Leadership experience in skilled nursing or long-term care.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and clinical operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel throughout Massachusetts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing operations and clinical care across multiple facilities.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and clinical standards.
• Support facility Directors of Nursing and nursing leadership teams.
• Monitor quality measures, infection control, staffing, and resident outcomes.
• Assist with surveys, audits, corrective action plans, and clinical improvement initiatives.
