Tali Healthcare is seeking a Regional Nurse to provide clinical leadership across six facilities throughout Massachusetts. This is a high-impact opportunity for an experienced nursing leader who wants to influence care, develop strong teams, and drive clinical excellence across multiple locations.

Lead nursing teams, ensure survey readiness, and travel regularly between sites to monitor outcomes and coach teams toward measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts RN license is required.
• 5+ years of Director of Nursing (DON) experience or 1+ year as Regional Nurse.
• Strong track record of achieving good clinical outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical operations across six facilities.
• Provide leadership and support to DONs and nursing teams.
• Monitor clinical outcomes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and strengthen nursing teams through coaching and accountability.

What We're Looking For

• Active Massachusetts RN license

• 5+ years of Director of Nursing (DON) experience OR 1+ year of Regional Nurse experience

• Demonstrated history of achieving strong clinical outcomes

• Strong leadership and team-development skills

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities

• Comfortable traveling regularly between six Massachusetts facilities

• A hands-on leader who is passionate about improving patient and resident care
