As Regional Nurse, you will serve as a key clinical leader across the organization. You’ll work closely with facility leadership to strengthen nursing teams, improve outcomes, and maintain consistently high standards of care.
Your responsibilities will include:
Lead and oversee clinical operations across six facilities
Partner with DONs to improve nursing performance and accountability
Review clinical outcomes and implement strategies for improvement
Coach, mentor, and develop nursing leadership teams
Support survey readiness and regulatory compliance
Identify challenges and implement effective solutions
Provide regular on-site leadership and clinical support at each facility
Active Massachusetts RN license
5+ years as a Director of Nursing (DON) OR 1+ year as a Regional Nurse
Demonstrated success improving clinical outcomes
Strong leadership and communication abilities
Excellent staff development and team-building skills
Willingness to travel regularly between all six facilities
Hands-on, results-driven approach to clinical leadership
