Job summary

WV Department of Human Services is seeking a registered nurse to provide regional oversight for medical case management under the Ryan White Part B Program. You will perform patient assessments, develop individualized care plans, and monitor clinical indicators to optimize HIV care outcomes.

You will ensure access to primary, specialty, behavioral, dental services, and medication assistance programs, while maintaining rigorous documentation and HRSA-compliant regulations across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing and four years RN experience
• OR Associate degree or diploma nursing with six years RN experience
• OR Master's degree in nursing
• Current West Virginia license or temporary permit to practice as an RN
