The Regional Nurse Educator role is built for a Registered Nurse (RN) with a real passion for teaching: someone who knows policies and procedures and brings staff along with them instead of policing them.

Qualifications

• RN license required in New Jersey.
• Multiple years as Nurse Educator or DON with a focus on staff education.
• Experience in a nursing home/SNF/LTC setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead nursing education across SNF/LTC buildings.
• Ensure CNA education hours are met.
• Plan and run training days.
• On-site visits to train teams for new or new-acuity facilities.
• Roll out policies and procedures so they are followed on the floor.
