The Regional Nurse Educator role is built for a Registered Nurse (RN) with a real passion for teaching: someone who knows policies and procedures and brings staff along with them instead of policing them.
Qualifications
- RN license required in New Jersey.
- Multiple years as Nurse Educator or DON with a focus on staff education.
- Experience in a nursing home/SNF/LTC setting.
Responsibilities
- Lead nursing education across SNF/LTC buildings.
- Ensure CNA education hours are met.
- Plan and run training days.
- On-site visits to train teams for new or new-acuity facilities.
- Roll out policies and procedures so they are followed on the floor.

Make sure Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) required education hours are met
Plan and run training days
Go on site to set up and train teams when a facility takes on a new or rarely seen acuity
Roll out policies and procedures so they are followed on the floor
Salary: $141,500 per year
Full time, with travel between facilities
Location: Paramus, NJ
Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Jersey
Multiple years as a Nurse Educator, or Director of Nursing (DON) experience with a clear focus on staff education
Must have that experience in a nursing home / skilled nursing facility (SNF) / long-term care (LTC) setting
