Job summary

RHP Properties, Inc. is seeking a New Home Lead Project Manager based in Florida with regional travel to Georgia, North Carolina and South Carolina. You will lead NHPMs, ensure on-time installations within budget, and coordinate site surveys and permits.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in project management, strong customer service, and proficient MS Office skills. A Bachelor's degree is preferred; driving license and reliable transportation required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years project management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; HS diploma or GED required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to negotiate proposals and contracts with vendors.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily training, coaching, and oversight of NHPMs in the region.
• Track and report the status of all homes assigned in the region.
• Manage completion of site surveys for home orders and policy compliance.
• Know requirements for utilities and permitting at local level.
• Review site walk-throughs to determine required scope of work.
• Enforce company policies and procedures among NHPMs.
• Collaborate with Community Operations to communicate and address issues.
• Manage and track new home deliveries in the region.
• Oversee installations where a NHPM is not assigned.
• Assist Director of New Homes with training and initiatives.
• Work on special projects as assigned.
• Travel within the region to provide training.
