Qualifications

• Associate degree in EPC or an ABET-accredited EE degree or equivalent military training in electrical power systems.
• NETA Certification (II or higher) desired.
• 5+ years of relevant field experience in electrical power systems.
• Proficient PC skills including email, internet, data entry, and MS Excel; PowerDB experience a plus.
• Ability to travel up to 75% locally/regionally and be available for overnight travel.
• Must read, write, and speak English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Train field service personnel in ESQEQ, Smith Driver Training, and regional training programs.
• Conduct jobsite safety audits to ensure safe work practices and policy compliance.
• Prepare for and document quarterly safety meetings (departmental and regional).
• Assist in developing and overseeing safe work practices across teams.
• Collaborate with field personnel, local management, and regional EHS to foster a positive safety culture.
• Verify SOP adherence and qualify field personnel.
• Partner with EHS on accident/incident investigations.
