Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Regional Property Manager for a Multifamily portfolio in Tennessee. This role oversees onsite property managers, mentors staff, and ensures execution of company policies while delivering client satisfaction.

Strong communication, leadership, and hands-on management are essential. The candidate should have 5+ years of onsite multifamily experience, Yardi proficiency, and willingness to travel regionally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of onsite multifamily property management experience.
• Multi-site experience in TN market.
• Yardi experience required.
• Local/regional travel required.

Responsibilities

• Act as main contact with owner's representative and communicate terms.
• Review and approve property purchases within the expense budget.
• Collaborate with Marketing to develop budgets and monitor ad spend.
• Lead revenue management pricing discussions with Revenue Management team.
• Review survey results and create action plans to meet standards.
• Oversee marketing activities including market comps and lead reports.
• Assist with RFP responses and pitches.
• Ensure staff use property management tech and systems.
• Oversee risk management and safety; coordinate rent readiness.
