Qualifications

• 5+ years of Property Management experience.
• 5+ years of Management experience.
• CPM, CCI, RPA, or CAM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as main point of contact for property management with owners.
• Review and approve property purchasing within budget.
• Partner with Marketing to develop and monitor marketing plans.
