Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Nashville seeks a Managing Director to lead its Multifamily portfolio across Nashville and select Southeast markets. You will drive new business growth, deepen client relationships, and deliver financial results with P&L ownership.

The role requires 10+ years in property management and senior leadership experience, CPM/RPA credentials, and a Bachelor's degree (Graduate degree preferred). Travel is required, and a comprehensive benefits package is provided.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; Graduate degree preferred.
10+ years of Property Management experience.
10+ years of Management experience.
CPM and/or RPA comparable experience in a Senior Leadership role.

Responsibilities

Create value through new business growth in Residential Portfolios and cross-sell service lines; expand relationships with existing clients.
Develop/implement/enhance marketing plans for Residential Portfolios and lead the team.
Negotiate property management agreements and ensure SOC/compliance and adherence to contracts.
Deliver financial results with P&L ownership and prepare market-level budgets and forecasts.
Collaborate with client accounting, corporate accounting, finance, and other functional leaders.
