Job summary

Lion Real Estate Group is seeking a hands-on Regional Service Manager to lead maintenance operations across our multifamily portfolio in Nashville and beyond. You will recruit, coach, and develop Service Managers and maintenance teams, drive work orders, preventive maintenance, and unit turns, and partner with operations to improve resident satisfaction and property performance.

You will oversee budgets, vendor relationships, capital projects, and compliance with OSHA and safety programs.

Qualifications

• Experience as Regional Service Manager or equivalent in multifamily maintenance.
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances and building systems.
• Proven success leading and developing maintenance teams across multiple properties.
• Experience managing budgets, vendors, capital projects and operational performance.
• Strong organizational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• EPA Certification required; additional industry certifications are a plus.
• Ability to travel regularly across an assigned portfolio.
• Valid Driver's License and insured vehicle; mileage reimbursement offered.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property inspections to ensure standards and best practices.

• Assist with capital projects, rehabs, due diligence, and transitions.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and safety program adherence.
• Provide technical guidance for HVAC, plumbing, electrical and building systems.
• Assist with emergency response and maintenance challenges.

Requirements

Required Skills/Abilities

• Previous Regional Service Manager, Regional Maintenance Manager, or equivalent multifamily maintenance leadership experience
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general building systems
• Proven success leading and developing maintenance teams across multiple properties
• Experience managing maintenance budgets, vendors, capital projects, and operational performance
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• EPA Certification required; additional industry certifications are a plus
• Ability to travel regularly throughout an assigned portfolio
• Valid Driver's License and insured operable vehicle (Mileage Reimbursement offered)
