Job summary

Indus Communities seeks a Regional Manager to oversee a localized portfolio of approximately 1,500 units in the Southwest Houston area. You will provide leadership to onsite teams, drive occupancy and revenue growth, and ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.

This is a regional, not multi-city role. You will lead rehab projects, set development goals, manage budgets, and partner with property managers to maintain high occupancy and strong NOI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business, marketing, real estate or related field.
• Minimum four years of related property management experience with multi-family.
• CAPS certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee onsite property management teams across multiple communities.
• Manage budgets, revenue, and NOI targets; monitor financial performance.
• Lead hiring, training, and development of property managers and staff.
