Job summary

Uptown Rental Properties is seeking a Regional Property Manager to lead a concentrated conventional multifamily portfolio within a roughly 20-mile radius from Florence, KY to Norwood, OH. You’ll mentor Property Managers, oversee five portfolios, and drive occupancy, budgets, and KPI performance.

You’ll collaborate with maintenance, marketing, HR, and other teams, maintain a strong property presence, and report to Uptown’s Clifton office while staying connected to field operations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading residential multifamily portfolios, preferably conventional/market-rate.
• Proven ability to develop and manage property managers and multi-site portfolios.
• Strong understanding of property financials, budgets, and operating metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Property Managers.
• Oversee the operational and financial performance of five conventional portfolios.
• Establish clear expectations and hold managers accountable for KPIs and standards.
• Monitor occupancy, leasing, renewals, collections, expenses, maintenance, and resident experience.
