Complete Conversion Services in the Northern Virginia and Washington DC markets is seeking a Regional Multifamily Interiors Superintendent to guide interior renovation work across two to three active communities. You will lead on-site coordination of cabinet installation, trim, drywall, painting, and punch items, ensuring schedules, quality, and safety standards are met.

Qualificações

• Experience leading interior renovations across multi-family properties.
• Strong supervision and quality control on site.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day progress across 2–3 active multifamily renovation projects.
• Monitor cabinet installation, finish carpentry, drywall, painting, and punch lists.
• Read scopes of work and layouts, walk units, identify punch items.
• Coordinate with PMs for schedules, quality, and materials.
• Lead subcontractors, deliveries, inspections, and material runs.
• Maintain safety, logs, and tenant-ready sites.

Shape the pace of interior renovations across a regional portfolioComplete Conversion Services is hiring a Regional Multifamily Interiors Superintendent to guide interior renovation work across multi-family and commercial properties in the Northern Virginia and Washington, DC markets.A day in the lifeYour morning starts with site walks at two active communities. You verify cabinet layouts against plans, spot a trim detail that needs tightening, and capture photos and notes. By mid-morning, you’re coordinating a delivery schedule, confirming inspections, and touching base with the Project Manager to keep unit turns on track. In the afternoon, you jump in on minor punch items, help a trade resolve a drywall issue, and run a quick material pick-up to protect the schedule.
