• Foster positive relationships through professional communication with architects, clients, and project stakeholders.
• Minimize tenant disruption by carefully coordinating construction efforts within active, occupied buildings.
• Improve project transparency by maintaining detailed and accurate daily field documentation.

Required Qualifications

• Proven background in a leadership capacity, such as Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, or Foreman within the commercial construction sector.
• Demonstrated expertise in commercial interiors, tenant improvements, and office build-outs is highly valued.
• Proficiency in interpreting complex construction drawings and technical specifications.
• Deep knowledge of commercial construction sequencing and workflows.
• Experience managing and synchronizing multiple subcontractor trades simultaneously.
• Strong organizational capabilities and an aptitude for creative problem-solving.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to facilitate direct and effective client interactions.
• Capacity to commute between various job sites located throughout DC, Maryland, and parts of Virginia.
• Possession of a valid driver's license and dependable personal transportation.
• Completion of OSHA safety training is considered an asset.
