  • Coordinate and communicate with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders to keep everything moving smoothly.
  • Track materials, manage inventory, and maintain a clean, organized, and productive job site.
  • Assist with capital improvements beyond interiors, including exteriors, amenities, and MEP upgrades.
  • Conduct property walks, assess conditions, help build scopes of work, and estimate costs.
  • Support scheduling, construction meetings, change orders, RFIs, and daily tracker updates.
  • Help manage project budgets and timelines while keeping all stakeholders aligned.
  • Provide real-time updates to internal teams and leadership—your input will drive decision-making.
What You Bring
  • 2+ years of experience in construction management, renovation, or a related field.
  • Hands‑on experience leading crews, managing unit turns, and navigating tight timelines.
  • Strong understanding of construction practices, code requirements, and market pricing.
  • Background in multifamily construction or hospitality renovations preferred.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project) and construction tracking tools.
  • Excellent communication skills—you’ll be collaborating with everyone from site workers to executives.
