Job summary

Goodwin Recruiting is seeking a hands-on Multi-Unit Regional Restaurant Manager to oversee operations across multiple fast-casual locations in the metro DC area. The role requires a driven leader who develops teams, improves performance, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualified candidates will have 5+ years as a GM in fast‑casual/quick service, strong communication skills, and fluency in Spanish and English.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a GM ready to take on a multi-unit role in fast-casual/quick service restaurants.
• Drive excellence and lead teams.
• Coach mentality to mentor and develop people.
• New restaurant opening experience is a plus.
• Desire to work hands-on with the team during service.
• Strong communication skills with zero ego.
• Must speak Spanish and English fluently.
• Flexibility with scheduling—Friday and Saturday nights.
• Experience with high-volume to-go programs and catering.
