Healthcare Outcomes Performance Co. (HOPCo) seeks a Regional Medical Director for Musculoskeletal Value Based Care to lead physician oversight and clinical strategy across a regional MSK VBC program.

You will partner with the CMO of VBC, care managers, and market clinicians to drive high-quality, cost-effective care, improve patient outcomes, and optimize value-based performance. A multidisciplinary team will report to you and you will guide standardized pathways and data-driven improvements

Formación

• Medical degree from LCME/COCA-accredited school.
• Graduated from an ACGME-accredited residency program.
• Minimum ten years as a practicing physician.
• At least 3 years in a leadership role within a VBC environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide regional physician leadership for MSK VBC initiatives.
• Oversee clinical strategies aligned with quality, utilization, and cost-management goals.
• Lead governance and quality committees; develop and implement clinical protocols and pathways.
• Collaborate with care managers, AP providers, and analytics to drive data-driven improvements.
• Engage clients and stakeholders to review performance and contract alignment.
