Job summary

Devoted Health is seeking a physician leader to build a national Musculoskeletal (MSK) program, combining expert clinical care with an AI-powered platform. You will define care models, triage pathways, and perioperative optimization while mentoring a multidisciplinary team across states.

You will work closely with product and engineering to turn clinical reasoning into system prompts, review outcomes, and scale a patient-centered MSK experience—delivering high quality care with empathy at scale.

Qualifications

• Board-certified MSK physician with substantial MSK practice.
• Experience managing common MSK conditions in adults.
• Proven track record redesigning clinical programs.
• Commitment to measuring quality and outcomes.
• Experience serving diverse patient populations.

Responsibilities

• Design the MSK care model end-to-end.
• Build and lead the MSK team across states.
• Partner with product and engineering to build AI-enabled workflows.
• Deliver care with a shared panel in the model.
• Establish care pathways and triage processes.
