Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Physician leader to oversee NPs, PAs, and clinical teams within its virtual care organization. You will drive clinical quality initiatives, supervise multi-state teams, and collaborate with operations to grow programs and cost-effective care delivery.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years of practice, strong MSK/sports medicine background, and experience in value-based care. AZ licensure and interstate compacts are required, with multi-state oversight responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Licensed physician (MD or DO).
• 10+ years as a practicing physician.
• Strong orthopedic/MSK, sports medicine, PM&R, or related clinical background.
• Experience leading and scaling clinical programs.
• Experience overseeing APPs and clinical teams.
• Ability to supervise physicians across multiple states.
• Telehealth leadership experience.
• Medicare Advantage/ACO/CIN or value-based care experience.
• Active licenses in AZ, IN, KY, OH, VA, MO, or CO.
• Interstate Medical Licensure Compact participation.
• Multi-state provider organization experience.

Responsibilities

• Physician oversight of NPs, PAs, and clinical teams.
• Lead clinical quality and provider performance initiatives.
• Partner with operations on program growth.
• Support care pathways and population health programs.
• Improve outcomes, patient experience, and MSK total cost of care.
• Serve as a physician leader within the virtual care organization.
