Primary Residential Mortgage in New Jersey is seeking a Regional Vice President / Producing Manager to lead a high-performing loan origination team while staying active in production. This role focuses on sales leadership, mentorship, recruiting, and developing talent, with dedicated operational support to keep the focus on growing volume and profitability.

You’ll scale production beyond your own book, maintain strong referral networks, and drive a culture of accountability and performance

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in retail mortgage origination with leadership experience.
• Proven ability to recruit and develop top mortgage talent.
• Strong knowledge of compliance and fair lending practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale a producing team while sustaining personal production.
• Mentor and coach loan officers and sales staff.
• Develop and manage referral networks and partnerships.
• Oversee P&L and ensure regulatory compliance.
