Job summary

Cornerstone seeks a driven Loan Officer who forges strong relationships and delivers results in Charlotte. You will originate loans, manage personal and team pipelines, and partner with real estate professionals to help clients achieve homeownership.

You will coach regional loan officers, recruit qualified candidates, and onboard new team members, promoting Cornerstone's sales culture and disciplined processes to reach top potential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in the mortgage industry.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and collaborative management style.
• Proficient in Sales and customer relationship building.
• Creative thinking and exceptional analytical skills.
• Must be licensed by the applicable regulator in each state where licensable activities are performed.

Responsibilities

• Originate loans by managing personal production pipeline and team pipeline.
• Coach Regional LOs to help them reach their top potential.
• Recruit LO candidates for the Region.
• Onboard new LO candidates and train in the company’s sales culture.
• Assist the Regional with production and support strategies.
