Job summary

Primary Residential Mortgage in Rock Hill, SC is seeking a high-performing Loan Officer ready to step into leadership without sacrificing production. This role focuses on leading a team while you continue originating and driving business.

You’ll mentor a group of producers, recruit and develop talent on the sales side, and build a culture of accountability and performance. Strong industry experience and licensing are required.

Qualifications

• Approximately 5 years of successful experience in retail mortgage origination, including principal lending management roles.
• Extensive experience managing and maintaining a network of referral partners.
• Compliance with mortgage and fair lending laws and PRMI policies.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, hire, train, lead, and motivate branch personnel.
• Familiarity with accounting terms and procedures (e.g. debits, credits, General Ledgers).
