Qualifications

• Strong surface mining experience with ownership of mine planning.
• Relevant engineering/mining/geology degree or equivalent proven industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional and site mine planning across four operations, ensuring robust plans and long-term reserve visibility.
• Guide site engineers and operating teams, setting planning expectations and providing technical direction across multiple locations.
• Translate operational, geological, survey and cost data into safe, practical and economically sound mine designs and investment decisions.
• Build credibility on site through regular field presence, proactively identifying issues and influencing regional leadership.
