Job summary

A. M. Castle & Co. in the Atlanta area is seeking a Territory Manager to grow the stainless and aluminum flat roll business across the Atlanta, Birmingham, Chattanooga, and Mississippi markets.

You will manage existing accounts, develop new opportunities, present value-added solutions, and collaborate with Inside Sales, Purchasing, Operations and Quality to meet customer needs. This role requires travel within the territory and strong relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

• Experience selling stainless/aluminum flat roll, slit coil and precision blanks.
• Two years of related sales experience with business acumen and marketing strategies.
• Strong customer service orientation to build productive relationships.
• Strong interpersonal skills for client presentations.
• Good problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• PC literacy; proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Represent and sell stainless/aluminum flat roll within the territory.
• Service existing accounts including OEMs, contract metal vendors, and service centers.
• Present products and processing capabilities; drive profitability growth.
• Negotiate price and contract terms per company policies.
• Monitor market trends and pricing to inform strategy.
• Coordinate CRM call reporting and customer visits; support cross-functional teams.
• Assist in forecasting and inventory planning for customers.
