invites an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead growth in Southern Michigan, selling stainless and aluminum flat roll products. You will manage key accounts, develop business plans, and collaborate with Inside Sales, Purchasing, Operations, and Quality to deliver value and profitability. Coverage includes OEMs, contract metal stampers, service centers, and distribution partners, with a focus on expanding market share while maintaining superior service and competitive

Qualifications

• Experience selling stainless/aluminum flat roll products or equivalent industrial metals.
• Two years of sales experience with knowledge of business acumen techniques and marketing strategies.
• Strong customer service orientation with ability to build durable relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills across all organizational levels.
• Good problem-solving and organizational skills; proficient with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Grow and sustain territory in Southern Michigan and adjacent areas.
• Represent and sell stainless/aluminum flat roll products to OEMs, contract metal stampers, service centers.
• Prepare and present proposals and contracts aligned with profitability goals.
• Negotiate pricing, inventory commitments, and blanket orders within company policies.
• Monitor market trends and competition to inform strategy and maintain competitiveness.
• Coordinate with Inside Sales, Purchasing, Operations, and Quality to service accounts.
• Provide thorough call reporting on performance, feedback, and conditions to management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer expectations and drive value-added sales.
