Sentrigard Metal Systems LLC is seeking a Regional Business Development Manager in the Philadelphia area to drive metal strategy, sales plans, and profit goals across the assigned geography. The role requires building strong customer relationships, presenting strategic proposals, and coordinating with leadership to grow market share.

The position is full-time with substantial travel to customer sites, design firms, and accounts.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• 5+ years of distribution sales management experience or equivalent.
• Strong sales presentation and relationship skills.
• Experience selling/managing commercial & residential metal products and programs.
• Proven ability to develop and execute regional sales plans.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate development and implementation of metal strategies and sales plans for the assigned geography.
• Conduct architectural meetings and project reviews to advance specifications and projects.
• Track and report progress of opportunities from referral to project completion.
• Develop and manage regional metal customer relations programs with Marketing and Technical Services.
• Travel within the region to client sites, design firms, branches and accounts.
• Provide regular updates to senior leadership on market performance and opportunities.
• Promote Sentrigard at industry events and meetings; maintain compliance with company policies.
