Job summary

Sentrigard is seeking a Senior Sales Leader for Metal Systems to coordinate development and implementation of sales plans, budgets, and sourcing needs in the assigned geography. The role requires driving architectural meetings, managing regional performance, and expanding customer relations across design firms and accounts.

Lead efforts with Marketing and Product Teams to commercialize new metal products, exceed sales and profit targets, and develop strategic action plans.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred with 5+ years of distribution sales management experience or equivalent.
• Expert in metal product lines, selling agreements, and value propositions.
• Strong sales presentation, rapport-building, and relationship skills; able to lead a multi-branch team.
• Experience selling/managing commercial & residential metal products and developing sales plans.
• Ability to utilize computer-based sales and inventory management tools and maximize profit opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Execute architectural presentations and meetings to drive project specs for Sentrigard Metal Systems; target ~150 meetings yearly.
• Track and report progress through selection, referrals, and project completion (won/lost).
• Assist in selecting and training preferred customer base; support regional sales leadership.
• Develop and manage regional metal sales plans with Leadership Team and Product Managers; align with regional goals.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Technical Services on new product commercialization and regional customer relations programs.
• Provide regular updates to VP, Sentrigard and communicate policy changes; promote industry involvement.
