Job summary

Associated Metal Forming Technologies (AMFT) is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager for the Americas, Northeast Territory. This front-line, hunter-role focuses on new accounts and building a robust pipeline across metal forming and manufacturing capabilities.

Remote work within the Florida or Texas region is supported, with regular field visits to customers as needed. You will manage the full sales cycle, expand existing accounts, and collaborate with engineering and operations

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Proven track record of winning new business.
• Comfortable spending significant time in front of customers.
• Experience managing a full sales cycle for engineered or custom products.
• Strong discipline in pipeline management and CRM usage.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and open new accounts within territory.
• Schedule and conduct regular customer visits (plants, engineering teams, procurement).
• Identify and qualify opportunities aligned with AMFT capabilities.
• Drive opportunities from first meeting through quote, sample, and award.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and activity in Salesforce.
